He has established several businesses in the Middle East, principally in the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon, working from business centers in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Beirut. He has a very strong background in the Software IT and Telecommunications industries.
Dr LEZ RAYMAN-BACCHUS Director - Marketing & Business Development Strategy
Dr Rayman-Bacchus has held senior positions in marketing and business development for several international companies. He has over fifteen years experience working in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) driven competitive environments. Dr Rayman-Bacchus gained his PhD in Strategic Management from Edinburgh University, MA from London Metropolitan University and MBA from Bradford University. As well as being a senior executive for CINTIS International, Dr Rayman-Bacchus also lectures Masters and undergraduate students in Strategic Business Development at several Universities in the United Kingdom, including the London Metropolitan University.
DAMIAN KOCH Betriebswirt (VWA) Director - Sales Europe
Damian Koch has over 10 years international sales, marketing and business development experience in the Telecommunications and Cable industries including management roles in sales and marketing for Alcatel Cable and ADC Telecommunications. In his role as Sales Director for ADC he was responsible for the successful introduction of products and solutions into the Central and Eastern European Multiple Services Operators (MSO) market and the set-up of distributor and VAR network channels throughout Eastern Europe to initiate new business development. Additionally Damian has specialist knowledge of the German, Austrian, Swiss, Czech Republic and Polish markets. Damian graduated in Business Studies from the Academy of Business and Administration (ABA), Hanover, Germany.
HENDRIK NIKLAAS POMP BSc (Hons) Director - Finance
Erik Pomp has wide experience of financial accounting practice in Europe. He was the European Controller for ADC Telecommunications. During the past 7 years Erik has created, expanded and managed multi-million dollar enterprise accounting structures for large corporations in Europe. Erik has strong financial business experience and is particularly knowledgeable in international cross-boarder transaction management. Erik has a BSc Hons degree in Chartered Accountancy from Groningen University Netherlands.
GEORGE ELGHOSSAIN BSEE, MSEE, MS, MBA Vice President North America - Sales & Business Development
George Elghossain has over 18 years of US and International business development experience in the telecommunication and networking industries. He has held several senior management roles in sales, marketing, business development, engineering & support. Prior to joining CINTIS George was Director of Business Development at Tellium Inc, an Optical Networking Company and General DataComm Inc, an International Telecommunications manufacturing company where he was responsible for major sales and marketing growth in the US & EMEA. George holds an MBA, MS in International Business, MSEE in Communications Engineering and a BSEE in Computer Sciences from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
ROBIN J FOWLER BSc (Hons), FCCA, FCMA, CertIFRS Principal Financial Consultant
Robin J Fowler, a qualified Accountant, Robin has over 30 years of international experience in leading product, profit and revenue enhancement in Plc and high growth SME companies. He has held directorships and senior management roles in Babcock International plc, P&O, SDL plc and BAe Systems plc where he specialised in financial strategy, fund raising, business development, reporting and public company compliance. He has also developed and controlled high profile and politically sensitive multi-million pound engineering projects in close liaison with UK and overseas government agencies. Robin currently manages a successful consultancy focusing on corporate financial strategy and brings a wealth of experience and valuable insight into corporate groups.
GEORGE WHITEHOUSE BSc (Hons), MBA, MBCS, CITP, CEng Director - Technical Services
George Whitehouse has a career spanning over 20 years with a wide range of technical and management experience. He has held a number of senior technical positions with major telecommunications and software companies in Europe prior to developing his own consultancy business. These include companies such as Telewest, Cable & Wireless, COLT and NTL. George has a strong academic background with a BSc Hons degree in Computer Sciences and an MBA. George is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng), Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society.
MARGITTA GROTE Dipl-AH Director - Administration
Prior to joining CINTIS International Margitta managed a large Medical Practice in Cologne Germany. She was responsible for a team that managed administration for over 5000 patients using leading edge technology. Margitta's organisational skills are broad based and are focused on supplier administration, contract control, CINTIS operational management, company organisation and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Margitta provides advice & practical experience to CINTIS's software development for the use in small to medium size hostpitals and large medical practices.
